Notice issued to Jairam, JLKM’s Ghatshila candidate for flouting traffic rules

Jairam Mahto, Dumri MLA and JLKM president, and Ghatshila bypoll candidate Ramdas Murmu received notices from the East Singhbhum district administration. The notices were issued for violating traffic rules by sitting on the roof of an SUV while heading to file nomination papers. Both have been asked to submit their replies within a day.
