Leopard skin seized in Keonjhar, 1 arrested

Forest and police officials seized a leopard skin in Keonjhar, leading to the arrest of Rabindra Tudu. Further investigation implicated his brother-in-law, Manua Hembram, who was found with video clips of elephant tusks being weighed for sale. Both individuals are allegedly involved in the illegal wildlife trade.
