Appendix cancer is no longer rare for millennials and Gen X: Study

A recent study reveals a concerning rise in appendix cancer among younger adults. Researchers observed a significant increase in cases among Gen X and millennials. Individuals born in 1980 show a threefold increase compared to those born in 1945. The rise is not due to increased surgeries. Experts suspect lifestyle and environmental factors.
