Adani exits AWL Agri business; Wilmar to take control with 64% stake

Adani Group is exiting AWL Agri Business, concluding its two-decade joint venture with Wilmar International. Wilmar, through Lence Pte Ltd, will acquire up to 20% stake at ₹275 per share, valuing ₹10,874 crore. This will give Wilmar a 63.94% stake, making it the controlling shareholder. Adani’s total realization from stake sales will be ₹15,729 crore.
