After 15 years, Nigerian held with 11g cocaine gets 2 years jail

A Mapusa court sentenced Nigerian national Samuel Kelvin to two years rigorous imprisonment and a Rs 50,000 fine for possessing 11g of cocaine. Caught in 2010, the court found the prosecution proved the possession beyond reasonable doubt. Leniency was denied due to the drug menace and pending cases against him.
