Allocate funds for toilets in courts: Patna HC

The Patna High Court has directed the state government to allocate funds for ensuring adequate and accessible toilet facilities for all genders and persons with disabilities across all court premises in the state. This order came during the hearing of a Public Interest Litigation registered suo motu by the High Court administration.
