Ambernath businessman gets bail in Rs 22 crore GST scam case

Businessman Nikhil Naresh Valecha, arrested for allegedly evading Rs 20.20 crores in GST, has been granted bail by the Kalyan Sessions Court. The court, noting the lack of formal charges and Valecha’s cooperation, deemed his continued detention unjustified.
