Anil Ambani withdraws petition seeking deferment of personal hearing in show cause notice issued by IDBI

Anil Ambani withdrew his Bombay High Court plea to defer a personal hearing with IDBI Bank regarding a Rs 750 crore RCOM loan. He will appear ‘under protest’ on October 30, retaining the liberty to raise all contentions before the bank. The bank denied his request for underlying documents, deeming them irrelevant to the show cause notice.
