‘Are you kidding me?’: Body-cam shows Florida teen bash police cruiser with shovel — officer was still inside

A 15-year-old girl, Amy Chance, was charged with felony criminal mischief after she repeatedly struck a Port St. Lucie police cruiser with a metal shovel while an officer was inside. Body-cam footage showed Chance advancing on the stationary patrol car without apparent provocation. She was arrested and faces charges for causing over $1,200 in damage.
