A man has been arrested for allegedly pirating the Assamese film ‘Roi Roi Binale’ by recording it in a cinema hall and uploading it to YouTube. The director filed a complaint after discovering numerous pirated copies online. The suspect faces charges under the Cinematograph Act and IT Act.
