Berhampur philatelist honours Dharmendra with unique mourning postal cover

In a tribute, 70-year-old philatelist P C Panda from Berhampur has created a ‘mourning’ postal cover honouring the late actor Dharmendra. The cover, beautifully adorned with a black-bordered photograph of the actor alongside a Bimal Roy stamp.
