Afghanistan’s Naveen-ul-Haq is out of the Asia Cup 2025 due to a shoulder injury, confirmed by the Afghanistan Cricket Board. Abdollah Ahmadzai replaces him in the squad. Naveen has played 48 T20Is, taking 67 wickets. Afghanistan started strong, defeating Hong Kong by 94 runs, with Atal and Omarzai shining. They will face Bangladesh on September 16 in Dubai.
