A 19-year-old civil engineering student, Sonam Kumari, tragically died at Chandi Engineering College in Nalanda, allegedly after jumping from her hostel. Students protested the college’s lack of transportation to a hospital, resulting in arson and vandalism, causing damage worth over a crore.
