Jharkhand’s winter is upon us as the mercury takes a dive across the state. The Meteorological Department in Ranchi predicts a chilling further dip of up to 2 degrees Celsius in the days ahead. Fortunately, a change in wind direction from the Bay of Bengal may usher in a slight warming trend by the weekend.
