Brain dead man gives new lease of life to 4 patients through organ donation

A 46-year-old man, Hari Vijay Kumar, was declared brain dead. His family generously consented to donate his organs. This selfless act gave a new lease of life to four patients. His liver and one kidney were transplanted at Manipal Hospital, Vijayawada. Another kidney went to Kamineni Hospital, Vijayawada. The cornea was donated to LV Prasad Eye Institute, Vijayawada.
