Breath test alone can’t prove intoxication: Telangana high court

The Telangana High Court has ruled that a breath analyser test alone is insufficient to prove intoxication. Additional medical evidence, such as blood and urine tests, is now required to substantiate such charges. The court set aside the dismissal of a TGSRTC driver, deeming the punishment illegal and arbitrary without further confirmation.
