Cash, gold found in VIB raid on Rosera officer’s house

In a startling operation, vigilance agents discovered a staggering Rs 10.5 lakh in cash alongside Rs 27.3 lakh in precious metals at the residence of Upendra Nath Verma, the executive officer of Rosera Municipal Council. The findings included two high-end vehicles and ownership papers for 14 properties that vastly outstripped his reported earnings.
