The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has suspended the Jammu and Kashmir government’s order mandating Urdu graduation for naib tehsildar applicants. This decision allows candidates with degrees in any of the five official languages—Hindi, Kashmiri, English, Dogri, and Urdu—to apply.
