Debasish Kundu’s encounter with plants sprouting from discarded idols during his mother’s ashes immersion in the Ganges profoundly impacted him. Inspired by this experience, he created a home garden using the idols as a fertile base. This reflects the river’s cycle of dissolution and renewal, showcasing nature’s remarkable capacity to heal and sustain life.
