Centre extends ceasefire agreement with NSCN/GPRN for lasting peace in Nagaland

In a move towards lasting peace in Nagaland, the Centre has prolonged the ceasefire agreement with the Niki Sumi-led NSCN/GPRN for another year. The extension was formalized in New Delhi with signatures from Union Joint Secretary Prashant Lokhande and NSCN/GPRN representatives Abel Zingrü Thuer and Ameka Achumi.
