A speeding Mahindra Thar tragically killed one sister and critically injured another in Chandigarh’s Sector 46. The 22-year-old victim, Sojef, was studying at Dev Samaj College. The vehicle fled the scene, and police are reviewing CCTV footage to identify the driver, who is yet to be apprehended.
