Chhattisgarh HC issues contempt notice to police officials for not complying with compassionate appointment order

The Chhattisgarh High Court has taken a stern action. It issued contempt notices to DIG Parul Mathur and SP Vijay Pandey. They failed to provide a job to the son of late ASI Boond Ram Bharti. The court had ordered a compassionate appointment within 90 days. Over 1,100 similar petitions were filed this year.
