Chhattisgarh High Court instructs state govt to review RTE reimbursement rates

The Chhattisgarh High Court has directed the state government to review a long-pending representation from private schools concerning the reimbursement amount for students admitted under the RTE Act. The court ordered the Secretary of the Department of School Education to decide on the enhanced per-child expenditure within six months, following a fresh representation from the schools.
