Chhattisgarh State Consumer Commission directs builder to buy back plot at double the price

The Chhattisgarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has directed a builder to repurchase a plot at double the original price from a consumer, Dayawati Chauhan, due to unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.
