Complete road projects before Hornbill Festival ’25: Nagaland CM Rio to line depts

Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has instructed departments to finalize road projects before the Hornbill Festival 2025, starting December 1. During a review in Kisama, Rio emphasized upgrading infrastructure, sanitation, and beautification at the Heritage Village. He stressed providing essential amenities for visitors and maintaining the festival’s quality to showcase Nagaland’s best.
