Consultation meet on protection from tobacco and nicotine products held

Ranchi’s National Law University, alongside health experts, convened a national consultation on safeguarding youth from emerging tobacco and nicotine products. State Health Minister Irfan Ansari stressed the critical need for robust policies and collaborative action to combat addiction, urging future legal professionals to uphold their duties responsibly. Discussions also covered India’s regulatory path for these products.
