‘Coolie’ sets a historic record for a Kollywood film: Rajinikanth starrer surpasses $2M in North America, eyes Rs.1,000 crore globally

Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is creating anticipation. The film achieved record-breaking pre-sales in North America. It is the first Kollywood film to cross $2 million. The movie features an ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Upendra and Shruti Haasan. ‘Coolie’ is an emotional action drama with music by Anirudh Ravichander. The film is set to release on August 14.
