Cops issue LOC against Khedkar couple in road rage kidnapping case

Navi Mumbai police have issued a lookout circular for Dilip Khedkar, his wife Manorama, and an unidentified individual in connection with a road rage kidnapping case. The case involves the abduction of Prahlad Chauhan, allegedly by Dilip and his chauffeur, Praful Salunkhe, who has already been arrested.
