The Delhi High Court has temporarily stopped Ravi Mohan Studios from using the title ‘BRO CODE’ for their upcoming film. A beverage company, which has used the name for its liquor brand since 2015, filed a trademark infringement case, citing potential brand confusion and reputational damage. The court agreed, issuing an interim injunction against using the title in promotions.
