Delhi hit-and-run: Rammed by speeding car, scooter rider falls off flyover, dies; driver flees

Rakesh Kumar Agarwal, a 49-year-old scooter rider, tragically died after being struck by a speeding car on the NH-24 Manglam Cut Flyover in Delhi. The impact caused him to fall off the flyover. The car driver fled the scene, and police are investigating the incident, having identified the car’s owner. Agarwal leaves behind his wife and two daughters.
