Delhi horror: Out on bail in rape case, man shoots survivor dead; tracked her for 2-3 days

In Delhi’s Vasant Vihar, two men have been apprehended for shooting and injuring a rape survivor. The victim, who had previously filed a rape case against one of the accused, Abuzair Safi, was attacked while traveling in an auto-rickshaw.
