Differently-abled to gherao Chhattisgarh Assembly over 6-point demand, seek inclusion in Mahtari Vandan Yojana

Chhattisgarh Divyangjan Seva Sangh is set to stage a massive gherao of the Assembly on July 16, protesting unaddressed demands including the inclusion of unmarried differently-abled women in the ‘Mahtari Vandan Yojana’. The Sangh also demands an inquiry into alleged fraudulent disability certificates used to secure government jobs and seeks increased disability pensions and special recruitment drives.
