New Zealand’s Kane Williamson has retired from T20 internationals to provide clarity for the team ahead of next year’s T20 World Cup. The 35-year-old leaves as the second-highest T20I run-scorer for New Zealand, having guided them to the 2021 T20 World Cup final. He will now focus on Test cricket and spending more time with his family.
