Entire Sunjay assets suit can’t be in sealed cover: HC

Priya Sachdev Kapur has requested the Delhi High Court to allow her to submit a list of her late husband Sunjay Kapur’s assets and liabilities in a sealed cover, citing concerns about leaked financial details. Karisma Kapoor and her children are seeking a share of Sunjay’s estate, challenging his will and claiming assets worth Rs 30,000 crore.
