Forest officials appear before OHRC in Satkosia compensation case

Odisha Human Rights Commission heard a case concerning alleged inadequate compensation for families relocated from Satkosia Tiger Reserve. Senior forest officials, including the PCCF Wildlife, appeared before the commission. Complainants alleged relocation without proper surveys or gram sabhas. The next hearing is scheduled for October 30.
