Former Jharkhand CM Shibu Soren passes away at 81; PM Narendra Modi expresses condolences

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) patriarch and Rajya Sabha MP Shibu Soren passed away on Monday morning at the age of 81 in Delhi’s Sir Gangaram Hospital due to prolonged illness. Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced the demise of Shibu Soren, a three-time MP and a key figure in the Jharkhand statehood movement.
