Govt forms panel to study teachers’ demands

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has formed a high-level committee, led by retired IAS officer Ashok Kumar Tripathy, to address long-standing demands of teaching and non-teaching staff across schools and higher education institutions. The committee, tasked with reviewing issues like pay hikes and service benefits, will submit its report within six months, aiming to resolve pending grievances.
