Grand Egyptian Museum to open near Giza Pyramids soon: A 20-year, billion-dollar tribute to ancient Egypt

Egypt is set to unveil the Grand Egyptian Museum in November 2025, a $1 billion complex near the Giza Pyramids. This monumental museum, two decades in the making, will house the complete Tutankhamun collection and an 82-ton statue of Ramses II.
