Gujarat HC issues notice over Manjula Pooja Shroff’s plea to quash forgery charges

The Gujarat High Court has issued notices to the state government and Vivekanand Nagar police station. Educationist Manjula Pooja Shroff filed a petition seeking to quash an FIR registered against her. The FIR relates to an alleged forged no-objection certificate from 2010 for Delhi Public School (East).
