In a significant triumph, Hazaribag and Giridih police, along with COBRA battalion, neutralized three prominent Maoists in Pantitri forest. The operation resulted in the death of Sahdev Soren, a Central Committee member with a ₹1 crore bounty, along with Raghunath Hembrom and Birsen Ganjhu.
