Hazaribag Police Seize 8.2 kg Opium Worth Rs 42.5 Lakh, Four Smugglers Arrested

Hazaribag police apprehended four individuals late Saturday night, seizing 8.2 kg of opium valued at approximately Rs 42.5 lakh. The smugglers, who procured the drugs from Chatra, were intercepted near a car showroom along NH-33. They confessed to planning to transport the opium to Haryana for sale.
