The Patna High Court has reversed the acquittal of RJD legislator Ritlal Yadav in the 2003 murder case of Satyanarayan Sinha, husband of ex-BJP MLA Asha Sinha. Citing significant flaws in the lower court’s verdict, the High Court has ordered a fresh review of the evidence against Yadav.
