HC slams growing encroachment of govt land

The Orissa High Court has strongly condemned widespread government land grabbing, ordering the immediate eviction of encroachers from 3.4 acres of pasture land in Khurda district. The court emphasized that such illegal occupation hinders national development and directed authorities to demolish unauthorized structures within three months. Officials found negligent will face prosecution and disciplinary action.
