The Supreme Court has allowed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to proceed with the arrest of Nowhera Shaik, accused in the Heera Gold fraud case, and auction attached properties to recover funds. The ED has so far recovered ₹5.5 crore by auctioning four properties and plans to auction 20 more.
