High court rejects pre-arrest protection of gangster Suresh Pujari associates in 2021 BJP Neta extortion case

The High Court has cancelled the pre-arrest bail of three associates of gangster Suresh Pujari. This relates to a 2021 extortion case involving BJP leader Amit Wadhwa. Wadhwa was threatened for Rs 1 crore after the accused failed to repay a loan. The court has ordered police interrogation of Sushil Udasi, Pankaj Tilokani, and Umesh Rajpal.
