How much protein is too much protein?

​​For decades, fat was the villain. Then carbohydrates took the fall. Now, in the great macronutrient war, protein stands as the unchallenged victor. Supermarket shelves are filled with “high-protein” bars, yogurts, cereals, and even water, all promising leaner, stronger, healthier bodies. But does protein really deserve its halo? Or have we taken a biological truth and turned it into a marketing myth?
