How to build and use Timefall Shelters in Death Stranding 2?

In Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, players need Timefall Shelters for survival. These portable havens protect from deadly rain and other dangers. Completing a mission in Episode 1 unlocks the shelter blueprint. Players can fabricate PCCs and build shelters in Chiral Network zones.
