Huge python is safely captured and released in Karnataka’s Avaregunda village

A massive 12-foot python, weighing 42 kg, caused quite a stir in Avaregunda village near Maldare after being spotted near the Anganwadi center. Prompt action by villager Sampathkumar, Panchayat member Mahesh Kumar, and Maldare range forest officer Hamsa led to the swift arrival of reptile rescuer Suresh Poojary and RRT staff member Shashi.
