Afzal Beg, personal secretary to IMC chief Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan and a wanted accused in the September 26 violence case, surrendered before a Bareilly court. Beg, carrying a Rs 15,000 reward, was sent to jail. Police are also seeking custody for him in another rioting case.
