Ilaiyaraaja moves HC alleging unauthorised use of two of his songs in Tamil movie

Music composer Ilaiyaraaja informed the Madras High Court that two of his songs were used in the Tamil movie ‘Dude’ without authorization. He accused music companies of exploiting his compositions despite ongoing legal battles. The court adjourned the hearing, noting a transfer application filed by Sony Music before the Supreme Court.
